What materials do you use to make your jewelry?

Our jewelry is handcrafted with the following high quality materials; 14k Gold Filled, Sterling Silver, Leather, Vegan Leather, Genuine Semi-Precious Stones.

What are the standard measurements for stone bracelets? 

Small- 5 ¾ inches
Medium- 6 ¼ inches
Large- 6 ¾ inches
Extra Large- 7 ¼ inches
2X Large- 7 ¾ inches
3X Large- 8 ¼ inches
4X Large- 8 ¾ inches

5X Large- 9 ¼ inches

How do I care for my Payton Jewelry?

To keep your jewelry clean, wipe with a Payton Jewelry Polishing Cloth. Store each of your pieces separately in their Payton pouches or store in a jewelry box.
 
Leather Care
Protect the quality of your jewelry by removing it while swimming, showering, exercising, washing hands, and before applying perfume, lotion, or hair products. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to any of the above products, they may damage. 
 
What if my piece broke within one year of purchase?

We are happy to repair damaged products at no cost to you within one year of purchase! If it is after one year, we will do our best to help depending on the damage and availability of materials. Read the exception on damaged rings below. Email orders@paytonjd.com with inquiries.

Ring Damages: Any damaged or broken rings should be sent back to our studio or brought into stores. While we cannot fix all ring damages, you can choose a new ring (it does not have to be the same style) for a discounted price of 15% off within a year of purchase.

 

Please include $6 for return shipping on all exchanges and repairs. We do not refund shipping & handling charges. The customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs
 
Can I exchange an item?

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, and you are welcome to exchange your unworn items within 30 days of original purchase for store credit that can be used to shop at one of our Payton Jewelry retail locations or online. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Any non-jewelry accessories and products carried in Payton stores are final sale.
