To keep your permanent jewelry looking its best, gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain its shine and remove everyday buildup. For a deeper clean, use a soft toothbrush or spoolie with mild soap and water.

We recommend avoiding harsh chemicals, lotions, and perfumes, as they may affect the finish of the metal over time.

Your jewelry is made for everyday wear—oceans, lakes, and saltwater pools are safe. We suggest limiting exposure to chlorine pools and hot tubs to help preserve its longevity.

If you ever need to remove your jewelry, you can carefully cut the jump ring with scissors, or we’re happy to remove it for you in-store for a small fee.

We offer one complimentary re-weld within 14 days if your jewelry comes off or needs to be removed. After 14 days, re-weld services are available for $25.

Please note that lost or broken jewelry cannot be refunded after the initial 14-day period.
